It’s been a busy and exciting day at Crown House! Year 2 embraced the outdoors in Forest School, learning to make fire using flint and steel🔥, while Year 3 stepped into the past by creating their own papyrus as part of their Ancient Egypt topic.📜

Year 4 went on a Grammar Hunt in our outdoor learning area! 🌳🔤 Grammar styles were hidden all around and our young explorers tracked them down and gave their own brilliant examples for each one they found. A perfect mix of fresh air and fantastic learning!

🐝 Busy Little Bees! 🐝
Our Pre-schoolers have been working hard on their fine motor skills this week — using peg boards, tap boards and using their pencil grip to draw bees! ✏️ ✍🏻
They’ve also enjoyed matching different types of bees and playing games together. Great teamwork and focus all around! 💛🧩
