🎭 Behold this medley of Shakespearean splendour 🎭
Plucked from the most ferociously gifted contenders of the ISA Shakespearean Monologue competition. From Year 4 upward, our cherubic thespians gallantly grappled with the Bard’s most delectable soliloquies, rolling his words upon their tongues with a devotion that would make even Sir Laurence Olivier weep into his velvet doublet.
What’s more, our Year 6 luminaries, our fearless auteurs, did not merely perform Shakespeare - they became him. Inspired by his immortal characters, they penned original monologues of such wit, gravitas and emotional musculature that one can only assume the Bard himself was whispering encouragement from the ether.

🚒 Preparing our pupils for real-life safety 🚒
We were delighted to welcome the Wycombe Fire Brigade into school today. The Year 5 children showed curiosity, confidence and excellent listening skills while learning vital fire safety advice and enjoying a tour of the fire engine!
