Pastoral and Wellbeing

‘Pastoral care at Crown House sits at the heart of everything we do for your child’

Our pastoral care system is embedded in our daily school life, ensuring that every student feels valued, supported and understood. We foster strong relationships between students, teachers, and parents, promoting open communication and a sense of belonging within our school community.

The health and wellbeing of our students is paramount; we know that happy and healthy students will thrive and achieve their full potential. Our mission is to unlock each child’s potential to be the best version of themselves and, for that to happen, they need an excellent pastoral provision.

Our Approach

We believe that a student’s emotional wellbeing is paramount to their overall success.
We treat every child as an individual, ensuring they leave us as rounded and grounded young people, ready for the next chapter in their education. Through our proactive approach, we aim to build a strong foundation of perseverance and resilience in each child which will enable them to take ownership of their positive wellbeing. Underpinned by the hugely valuable work of our Wellbeing team, our teachers, parents and wider school community are able to provide our students with the tools they need to live happy, fulfilling and successful lives.
