Admissions Process

The admissions process

We are a non-selective, inclusive school and we aim to make the admissions process as straightforward as possible:
Come and visit us – join us for an open day or private visit. Your child/children are welcome to join you or we can arrange multiple visits to suit your wishes.

For admission into Pre School, we invite you to come for a stay and play session with your child. This will give you an opportunity to see how they are in the environment with you there. This would be followed by a further settling session where your child would stay with us for a short period of time – maybe an hour. We would repeat this if necessary – it is of paramount importance to us that we invest as much time as is needed for your child to settle.

For children joining us in Reception upwards, we invite your child to come and spend a day with us. We will discuss their interests and tailor the day to provide a positive and fulfilling experience. Please note, it is very normal for pupils to join us midway through a term and our experienced team ensure they settle quickly.

Registration – to register your child, you will need to complete a registration form and pay a registration fee of £250 (non-refundable).

Deposit – to secure the place with us, an acceptance deposit of £1500 is paid in conjunction with completing an Acceptance form. This will be refunded once your child has finished at Crown House.

Uniform – please see our Uniform page.
